Types Of People At The Airport

For those of you who read my previous blog post, you’ll already know that I have returned to Dunedin for my University year.  This involved one hell of a journey, driving from Hamilton to Auckland, flying Auckland to Christchurch and finally onto Dunedin.

As much as I love travel – and I love travel – this journey included a ten hour wait at Christchurch airport.  Admittedly this isn’t exactly the ideal scenario when travelling; it is always preferable to fly direct or at least have minimal time in transit.  However, as well as a keen lover of travel, I also happen to enjoy indulging in a bit of good ol-fashioned people watching.

Ten hours is a long time to sit at the same booth, in the same departure lounge, with ever-changing crowds of people walking past. So this week I decided to cram all ten hours of people watching into one video: Types Of People At The Airport.
